I found some kind of fairytale

“Do you think anyone likes wearing heels? Nope!” She said in a matter of fact tone, doing her best to convince Lizzie to branch out a little in the shoe department. “Just stick it out. They’ll get more comfortable with time.” She assured, gesturing to her heel clad feet. Everything she had said was true, too. Emma was never a fan of heels before, yet with her determination, they were now the only things she ever really wore. “Pretty skinny isn’t skinny enough. I just need to fix some things…” She looked a bit uncomfortable, looking away. Grinning in relief as Lizzie agreed to leave, she nodded her head, up for whatever. “That’s fine. A movie would be good. I’m up for whatever you wanna do.”

Lizzie raised an eyebrow in confusion at what Emma said. What will be the point in using heels if girls don’t like it? It was just stupid. “So why use them?” She carefully asked her like it was a serious stupid idea - at least it was pointless for sure. “With time? I don’t know..” She narrowed her eyes slightly at the thought as she figured that probably wasn’t a good idea at all. At least, it sounded painful. “I really don’t think that they would look good on me. I meant you look perfect but i don’t think that heels are my thing to be honest with you.” She chuckled lightly, knowing that she would probably fall at her first attempt of walking around with them. At Emma’s answer, Elizabeth looked at her a little confused. Fix what things? She was already perfect like she was and there was no need to fix anything at all. “A lot of girls would love to be like you. I honestly don’t think that you need to change.” Lizzie shrugged a little as she gave her a small smile, finishing the rest of her orange juice since she could eat her sandwich in their way to her house anyway. “So then a movie sounds like the perfect idea.” She agreed, nodding. “Horror? Romance?”

“Because they look good.” Emma said, as if the answer was obvious. “Have you ever worn heels long enough to find out if they look good on you?” She said, her tone full of doubt. For as long as she had known Lizzie, she had never seen her in a pair of heels. “Well those girls are delusional. Besides, I’ve never met any of them.” She let out a dry laugh, doing her best to camouflage just how serious the subject was to her. Emma didn’t want anyone finding out her little secret and if laughing and putting on a smile was what it took to cover it up, she would do it. “Romance, of course! I don’t think I would be able to handle a horror movie.”

8: Did you get enough sleep last night? More than enough. I slept in this morning.

18: Do you prefer music with male or female vocalists? It doesn’t matter to me. As long as it’s good music.

29: If you were being executed tonight, what would you choose for your last meal? I would care more about being executed than eating.

6: Any allergies? Nope.

30: Have you ever bought an item of clothing because it reminded you of something a fictional character would wear? I buy lots of Disney Princess-esque items.

11: What’s the biggest animal you’ve ever killed? Bugs count. A cockroach.I stepped on it in my good heels, too.

21: If you could automatically know how to speak any language or play any instrument, which would you choose? I would definitely want to know how to speak French and Italian. I’m already trying to learn them but I’m failing.

3: Let’s say you have access to a time machine, but it can only go either backward or forward. One or the other. Which do you choose and where do you go? Easy! Backwards to meet Grace Kelly, that is if I’m worthy enough.

19: You and the love of your life are having a baby, and you get to choose the name! There’s only one catch: your partner INSISTS that it be the name of a place, real or fictional. What do you name your baby? Is it a boy or a girl? I like the name Paris. Definitely something after a country or a city.

25: Pizza or oral sex? I try to stay away from both.

32: Have you ever been punched in the face? Although most of the time I do the punching…yes, I have.

41: At the movies, do you stay for the credits? That depends.

49: What’s your best bodily feature, objectively speaking? My face. I like my face.

Elizabeth looked at her with some curiosity when she told her that she would give her old shoes. It wasn’t like she could say no to that because she would take that as a present but it wasn’t like Lizzie was a shoes girl after all so she just admitted. “I don’t really use those kind of shoes. I meant flats yes but that’s only. Not all the kind of shoes that you have in your closet, Emms.” She told her with a small smile as she nibbled on her bottom lip and rested her chin on her hands that were rested on the edge of the table. “You know it’s..” She blushed again at Emma’s sentence and she shook her head. “..let’s not talk about that.” Lizzie end up saying as she looked at Emma standing up before her hazel eyes roamed around the cafe as she still ate the last few crumbs of her brownie of her plate. Still hungry and taking the chance that Emma still wasn’t back, Lizzie stood up from her seat and quickly went to the counter to order a toast and a orange juice to Amelia. After the blonde paid for that, she carefully carried both of the plates with both of her hands to their table and sat down on her seat again as she waited for Emma to come back. She was already prepared to eat a piece of her toast when Emma showed up again. “It’s okay. No worries about that.” She smiled slightly. “I was so hungry that i had to order more food for me.”

Picking the conversation back up where it left off before she went to the bathroom, she simply waved a hand at Lizzie, rolling her eyes. “You can’t only wear flats. I can’t let you leave my house without taking at least one pair of heels.” She insisted. Watching intently as Lizzie began to eat the food she had gotten while Emma was in the bathroom, she rubbed the back of her neck nervously. “I’m so jealous of how you can eat whatever you want and still be as skinny as you are.” Emma said, admiring her. She instantly regretted what she had said, in fear of Lizzie possibly suspecting something. “Want to get out of here when you’re done?” She said, changing the subject.

Her hazel eyes widened slightly at the thought of her using heels. That would be like some kind of catastrophe or something like that because she never really used heels in her whole life at all. “I really don’t think that’s a good idea.” She waved her free hand since she was holding her toast with the other. “I would probably fall and that would be so embarrassing.” She could already feel her cheeks burning with a red color only at the thought - that would be seriously embarrassing. The blonde girl ate a small piece of her sandwich before she looked up at her a little confused with her sentence. “What are you talking about? You are pretty skinny too.” Lizzie quickly told her as she placed down her sandwich on the plate and grabbed her juice glass with both of her hands. “Sure.” She nodded. “I just need to go home first and change if that’s okay with you. Or we can stay there and watch a movie maybe.”

“Do you think anyone likes wearing heels? Nope!” She said in a matter of fact tone, doing her best to convince Lizzie to branch out a little in the shoe department. “Just stick it out.
